All the problems that I had with the flooring have been resolved to my satisfaction by the owner. Thank you for making the floor the way it should be.

We had an excellent experience with Southwest Flooring. Our job was a new construction home with tile showers, floors, backsplash, carpet and glue down vinyl plank. Our salesperson was Lang and she did an exceptional job. She never made us feel rushed and was extremely patient, as I was indecisive at times. My wife and I cannot recommend Southwest Floor Carpet One in Tyler TX more highly. They helped us select a beautiful non-slippery Marazzi porcelain tile for our new ~760 sf back patio including a 7" x 7' hot tub in South Tyler with replacement of the prior existing tile front entryway back to match. The job required coordination with our contractor with removal of existing tile on the existing back covered patio and front patio which was expertly done with a tricky 1/2" per 10' dropoff in the back for water runoff.
