Southwest Fire Defense provides outstanding services. We had a bark beetle infestation and they did a great job at removing three trees in short order. I was especially impressed with their skills at removing a tree in a difficult spot as well as their thorough clean up. Daniel Martinez is honest and goes the extra mile!
I just had a pine tree removed. It was between my retaining wall and my neighbors decorative wall. Maybe 3 feet between the 2 walls. The trees branches were touching the roof of my neighbors 2 story house and was obviously about to fall (the ground around the tree was heaving). I also have an apple tree that was right next to the pine tree. So, it was very tight quarters. They got the tree out without any damage to the house, walls or apple tree. They also did a great job on cleanup. I highly recommend them.
This family-run business is by far the most professionally ran tree service operation in Northern New Mexico. After having poor experiences with other local tree trimming services; Daniel and his crew were a breath of fresh air. They did quite the project for me in a timely manner and consistently contacted me and updated me with details of the project. Daniel Martinez and his team were incredible! We had a tree that leaned over the property line and was close to power lines. They got permission from the neighbor to be on property and got the tree down without issue. I was so glad they got it down because it would NOT have lasted this winter with all the snowfall: the tree was rotted and would have fallen on the neighbors house. I TOTALLY recommend Southwest Fire Defense!
The crew came out to remove a pine tree that fell down from the wind, and then came out the next week to take down a giant cottonwood in two days! They cleaned up the front and the back yards. I highly recommend them for any tree removal services that you may need. They are affordable and worked with us on time and cost.
I highly recommend Daniel and his crew for tree removal and defensible space management! The crew was professional and worked safely. They were efficient in cutting down multiple trees, stacking the wood, and cleaning up the slash. Very pleased with the amazing service provided! I will definitely be using Southwest Fire Defense for future defensible space projects!
