I love Southwest Family Physicians. Never have a problem being seen. Dr Karen is wonderful, as is Dr Drasco (sp) sorry, and Dr Gus.
As of this afternoon, I am a former patient of Southwest Family Physicians. I was scheluled for a 4:00 appointment. I arrived at the window at 4:16 and was informed that I was a minute late and have been marked as a "no show". I asked if I could be squeezed in, and was told no, Dr Dolega is very strict. I asked if an exception could be made since i wa it at least 15 minutes whenever I call rhe office for anyone to answer.....no reply to that.
