You can never get in to see your doctor. When they do answer the phones - which is seldom- they will only schedule appointments for weeks later. And good luck getting for a “sick visit” ... you must start calling first thing in the morning and the phone system will constantly hang up on you. This has been our doctors office since we got married and we are now looking for a new doctor. All the doctors and staff are very nice. After you become a patient, they can usually squeeze you in for a same day appointment. Dr Suzanne S, Jennifer and Dr Dolega are my favorites
Dr Kimberly Biglow is the best! They also have an online patient portal for easy communication. No more waiting endlessly on the phone!
I love Southwest Family Physicians. Never have a problem being seen. Dr Karen is wonderful, as is Dr Drasco (sp) sorry, and Dr Gus.
