The switch they have undergone is horrible. You call and call and no one answers. I left messages and no one calls back. I was told I needed apt to get my refill even though I knew I was good until April but because of changes they made me come in. I get there and they said I didn't need exam to get refill and so we didn't do one. Now because they didn't do exam I am going to have to pay $200 out of my pocket because insurance won't cover it because the office won't call it preventive even though they made me come in when I ... read more
