RecommendedI called this morning and they got me in today! The eye doctor was amazing and very thorough. I would highly recommend going to this if you have any eye issues!
Went here after moving to Grove City for an eye exam. Got over tuned and had to go back after the first pair made me really ill, but it went smooth. My only issue is the extreme amounts of emails, texts and recorded msg phone calls you get after your visit. They really go overboard trying to get you to come back. I don't need a couple msgs every week in various formats to be reminded to come back and makes me want to come back less to be quite frank. opting out has done nothing either, they are just still pouring in a year l... read more

they are really nice and professional! my eye doctor remembered who I was from my last appointment over a year ago! they told me my glasses would be ready to pick up in 7 to 10 business days and they were ready in 4 days!

Moved to the south side. Found southwest via the insurance. Staff was wonderful. Doctor was great. Short wait, great selection of frames, all in all great experience. The kickers - 1) they had so much to offer partnered with my insurance, and 2) my prescription lenses happened to be in house, and I got my glasses next day. Next day! I know it doesn’t happen all the time, but I’ve never experienced that. Fantastic practice.
Excellent customer service and best eye care I’ve ever received!
Thank you to the kind office staff who helped my daughter today. She is working on a project for 4H and went into the office on her own to ask for older optometry magazines to use on her poster. We are not clients, but the office was still sweet enough to let her have some material for her project.
