The staff are very friendly and professional at all times. Dr Gulu explains in advance what might or will happen. He's very calming. When he administered Novocain, he does it in a way it doesn't hurt. In cases of emergency, the office will fit you in that day. The staff are not pushy in trying to get you to fix your teeth unnecessarily. I always recommend Southwest Dentistry to friends, family and colleagues.
