Dr Tendler was recommended by CRH for a 2nd opinion as to whether or not a pacemaker was mandatory for me. I appreciate his bedside demeanor, his knowledge and that he listened and considered the circumstances around my ending up in the ER at CRH due to a fainting episode. There was such a relief within the first 30 seconds of talking to him. I am currently under his care. As it turned out a pacemaker was not needed at this time.Thank you, Dr. Tendler, for great care and for providing emotional relief.

The Dr. saw me, late, due his returning from apharmaceutical 'drug cruise' the previous day. Then, they scheduled a cardio conversion surgery without reviewing my records as they had not received them nor had they examined me. Thus, I cancelled and re-scheduled. In the interim I discovered questions to ask. Since I was referred to Dr Tendler by my general cardiologist, he evaluated my tests and put me on the right meds and I no longer have frequent, frightening heart palpitations! I highly recommend! He and his staff are professional, friendly and always helpful.

Dr Tendler has been very diligent working with me to determine what my problem was. He has seen me several times in one week. He explains what his plan is and what steps need to occur. I never feel rushed

The doc is fantastic but he needs to do something about his staff. Asked to have an office visit report sent to me - waited over a month and finally received a report for another patient - lack of checking paperwork. Confidential issue - not happy. When I called, said mistakes happen but not with confidential info on patients. Said to come in to pick up but can't do that. When next appointment with Doc, I will let him know.

Electrophysiologists have a limited number of procedures or medicines that they can recommend to improve A-Fib -- the drug Amiodarone, stop & restart the heart, or ablation. It became clear to me early on that Dr. Tendler intended to try all of these on me, whether they had a probability of success or not and whether they present an unreasonable risk or not. I do not trust him.

I saw Dr. Tendler to have a device implanted relative to my CHF. While the idea of this was somewhat daunting I was very pleased with Dr. Tendler and his staff. Dr. Tendler with his communications quickly had me at ease and feeling confident about this procedure. And Dawn in his office has been awesome. She has been super responsive, very patient, and informative with all my calls. Thank you for everything.

6-7 years ago I had a ablasion done. And like one other review here, I could hear every word being said in the room. Could feel the RF whenever they turned it on. I had extreme pain for weeks post the surgery and Dr Tendler never called once to see how I was doing. I've had two ablasions since by a Dr in Phoenix. The difference in skill level was obvious right away. Dr Tendler was a nice man, I enjoyed talking with him. Type of person you'd like to have a beer with but not heart surgery.

Dr. Tendler pinpointed the problem I had with Atrial Flutter after 15 years of thinking that I had Atrial Fibrillation. The recommended Atrial Flutter Ablation procedure was as painless and successful as advertised. I would highly recommend Dr. Tendler. He explained everything in advance and made us very confident in the procedure.
