One of the best Ent Doctors in Dallas. I went to their office with extreme ear pain due to swimmers ear infection and they took really great care of me. Front desk people were nice especially Ms.Denise. They were able to accommodate me on their schedule right away and Dr.Bates is Genuine and very caring. He paid close attention to my problem and guided me through the recovery process. Would highly recommend them

Rating as one star as there was no clear communication from this office prior to appointment. We were referred by pediatrician and provided all demographic and all insurance information when scheduling appointment over the phone 2 weeks prior to appt. They asked me to print and fill out forms prior to appointment, which I completed. Once we arrived to the front desk, we were informed that our insurance is not accepted! I went to the Dallas office of this doctor a couple of years back, as he had been highly recommended by some of my acquaintances. First, he re-did the previous audiology test I had done, which was fine.. we need accurate information. Second appt he was dismissive of my issue. I then had my husband go with me for a third appt. Dr Bates did my T&A in March 2017. everything went exactly as he said it would. He & His staff are very friendly. I healed great!!

If I could rate my experience with Dr. Evan Bates with negative stars, I would. I want to begin my review praising the receptionist and support staff. They were respectful, helpful and friendly. If only the same could be said for Dr. Bates. I accompanied my elderly mother with advanced dementia to this appointment. He rebuffed her efforts at being friendly.
