Dr. Saslow and staff are professional and attentive. I went in for a routine screening and am so happy I did because it may have saved my life! The whole experience was as pleasant as possible - highly recommend this office!
My doctor ordered a colonoscopy last November and placed the order with Durango endoscopy, who was supposed to call me. in December I called them and learned they were behind on scheduling, but would ca lol me soon, in late January, I walked in and spoke to the scheduler and he states they are gong to start scheduling in about 3-4 weeks and would call me. Everyone at SW endoscopy are really great! The receptionist is nice and professional. The nurses are awesome and make the whole process easy and comfortable and the doc is attentive, professional, and proficient. Thank you all!
Can a colonoscopy be an enjoyable experience? Of course not. But... compared to my expectations, the procedure with Dr. Saslow and his staff was close. Really! From check-in to check-out, I knew I was in capable and caring hands. Prep nurses Sidney and John were efficient, exceedingly friendly and made me feel welcomed. A larger pillow for my head and a second warm blanket, no problem. Next, Dr. Saslow came in to see if I had any questions or concerns.
