Overall this place is great! I got a refferal from my doctor with them. I went to go check on my refferal in person since I didn't receive a call from them. I was able to get in with the doctor the same day. Due to some issues with my digestion my endoscopy was pushed up sooner. They notified me and explained everything thoroughly. This was my first ever procedure being put under. It went smoothly as they took great care of me and explained everything. Dr. Saslow and staff are professional and attentive. I went in for a routine screening and am so happy I did because it may have saved my life! The whole experience was as pleasant as possible - highly recommend this office!
My doctor ordered a colonoscopy last November and placed the order with Durango endoscopy, who was supposed to call me. in December I called them and learned they were behind on scheduling, but would ca lol me soon, in late January, I walked in and spoke to the scheduler and he states they are gong to start scheduling in about 3-4 weeks and would call me. Everyone at SW endoscopy are really great! The receptionist is nice and professional. The nurses are awesome and make the whole process easy and comfortable and the doc is attentive, professional, and proficient. Thank you all!
