Got an appointment within a week for mild pain. Dr. Vig was friendly and caring. He explained what was happening and took the time to make me feel comfortable.
Even though I was getting a root canal I can say that this was one of my better experiences. All of the staff I interacted with were great. My first contact was Nancy, then Jenna, Rachel and Dr Vig made the experience one which makes give this team my highest rating. This 8s the place you should go to get your advance dental work.
Got in for an emergency root canal. Was in a lot of pain and needed seen same day as I was diagnosed at my dentist office. Staff on the phone were very kind, receptive and helpful. Clinical staff in the office were very welcoming, friendly and took the time to explain everything to me since I had never had this procedure before. The doctor was very patient and courteous! I am very greatly appreciative that they were willing to fit me in , since I know I made their day longer :)
1st rate experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional, I will be sure to recommend their service.
A very caring staff that made sure I got in as soon as I could and told me to come back if there were any other issues!
I appreciate Southwest Endodontics working with me to get me in for a root canal on short notice. Dr. Vig was very nice and personable. He got the job done quick and relatively painless. The entire staff that I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I hope not to ever have another, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use this practice again.
