I saw Dr. Gravell and her staff and they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They sent me home with a great care plan and some amazing samples! Cannot recommend Dr. Gravell enough! She is the best of the best!
Took my mother in law to her appointment and we were very pleased with Stormy and Samantha at the front desk they were very informative and welcoming, Crystal and Dr Hughes were also great, they took care of her and made sure to answer all of her questions and gave her some awesome samples to try.
I had such a great experience here! I got a lip flip for the first time and was honestly pretty nervous going in. Doctor Gravell was incredibly sweet, patient, and had amazing bedside manner, which made me feel so much more comfortable throughout the appointment. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease before starting. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first time!
I highly recommend Dr Hughes, he addressed my problems and explained treatment clearly. Very professional staff, no wait time for appointment. I am so happy to find a dermatologist that is so knowledgeable and helpful.
It was fast and easy to get in for an appointment. Above all, I really appreciated that. I needed a skin cancer screening. I’ve had one previously at a clinic in another state. I felt the exam and the care were rushed this time. The doctor started out present, but after 10 minutes seemed to get anxious to move on. I didn’t walk away feeling like I was able to get the information and understanding I wanted. Front desk person seemed unenthused.
