Dr. Hanchett and his staff are so kind, efficient and professional! My mother is elderly and in a wheelchair. She cannot be moved to a regular dental chair easily so had to be treated in her wheelchair. To say that that is difficult to do is an understatement. She had two implants done with bone grafts. Dr. Hanchett had to make special accommodations to treat her from her wheelchair and did so willingly and without complaint. I just wanted to say thanks to the entire staff but particularly Heather, Dr. Saiz, and Melissa. Heather helped me with the initial referral process and was so informative and helpful especially compared to another office I was referred to. Dr. Saiz took the time to follow up and addressed my specific individual needs. When I had a concern, Melissa went out of her way to ensure I could be seen and the situation resolved. The entire team is professional and caring. I highly recommend them.

This is the best place in town for oral surgery needs.
I went for 6 teeth to be removed & and implant put in. It took less time than I figured it would take plus the pain after word was less than expected. Thanks to, dr. buch, & his great staff. Highly recommend them!!
Everything about this practice was wonderful. Attention to detail every step of the way. Had two wisdom teeth extracted after a far less pleasant experience with two other teeth at another practice earlier this summer. After surgery I experienced no pain at all and recovered very rapidly.
Would definitely recommend to anybody going through the pain that I recently went through! I had a fractured tooth in the upper part of my jaw that got infected a week before my scheduled extraction, I called into the office and the staff was very caring and immediately found a way to work me in the very next day, The procedure itself was short and painless and everybody did their best to make me feel comfortable, especially knowing that I cannot stand injections in the gums. A+!
This group does a great job in every way. The doctor was amazing. Pain was minimum due to his experience. Staff is the next level people talk about.
