RecommendedWe cannot recommend SW Building enough. not only is the quality amazing, the time to build amazing, price point = getting what you pay for. AND we ran into so many hiccups with permit issues and an existing structure that SW patiently waited for to finish. (Honestly they probably had their own party when we were done lol) But really any time we called, we asked questions, they explained everything without complaint. We will always support this business and will definitely use them again when we buy up north!
They did an awesome job on my new shop. I’m a contractor myself and I was impressed by their work and how thorough they were. Building came out perfect. Definitely recommend them to anyone look for a metal building.
This recommendation has been a few months delayed as life has been interrupted due to the virus but nonetheless well deserved. Southwest finished our building last December and it puts a smile on our face every time we look at it. From their communication to the workmanship every step of the way was impressive! They did everything they said they would do. They even finished earlier then anticipated. We could not be happier and highly recommend.
Southwest Building Solutions is the very best contractor I have ever used. From the beginning, working with Collin to get the building I was looking to get built at the right price. From there I met with Scott the owner of the company and we discussed all the things I wanted from the building size and add-ons; no other builder came close to getting what I wanted. Scot and his whole team at Southwest Building Solutions are the best. They provide quality products, with excellent craftsmanship, all on an extremely reasonable timeline. It’s amazing to see a building go up so quickly. We are so happy with our shop, all that’s left is to buy more toys to park in there.
Collin, our salesman, and Jason, the project manager, were great to work with- very attentive and professional. They build a terrific, solid product, right down to the screws with protective caps over the rubber o-rings so they don’t dry out. All the workers are courteous and efficient. We love our new shop!
These guys are great ! They do high quality work. they completed my building ahead of schedule . I would highly recommend .
