Our hybrid "One World" poly/wood shutters were installed yesterday (1/7/2020). This is our first time owning plantation shutters so I have no basis for comparison on other vendors or product. Installation yesterday..shutters look wonderful,!!! Two installers were efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend!!!
The entire team was professional. Blinds fit beautifully. I like that they send a second person to do another measurement.

The sales representative, Ann, is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows the product and answers all questions. This is a no pressure to buy company which is rare these days. Being retired military, we appreciate the 5% discount. It did take a week longer than the estimated delivery date for the blinds to arrive. Once they were here, we received a call and the blinds were installed a few days later. Install team showed up on time and were professional.
The salesperson, and installer, Aaron, was very knowledgeable and professional. He even joked about our "purple" blinds. The humor was a nice touch.
Overall painless experience, easy design process...Had a wait a bit for the products to arrive but once in hand the installers had them done quickly and arrived on time...Thanks!
