The most helpful bike store you'll find. My dad and I have been going here for 9 years now starting with fixing my bike as a kid. They're always willing to bend over backward in order to help their customers. I'll be heading back to college and taking my bike with me this time and wanted to learn how to tune my breaks and derailleurs. Awesome shop and owner that really cares. Thanks for renting me a bike and showing me where to ride.
The whole shop from the owners down are awsome to work with. They found a process 153 dl that had been pulled from kona inventory for some reason and that bike now is a resident on the trail and in my garage. It is every bit the bike i thought it would be. Rocky and all his staff are great and knowledgeable poeple and and very willing to help in any way they can. I recommend them highly.
Dropped my bike off at Southwest Bikes this morning for some minor tune ups. They took such good care of me last year. A good honest and helpful shop. Would highly recommend them
