Great staff that acts like family. I didn't know much about today's road bikes, and they took the time to teach me from the ground up to select the right bike. There were other bikes out there that I thought about buying from other places, but at the end of the day their shop and people are what sold me. Very happy with my decision to buy my first road bike there!
I was able to put a bike on hold for my sons birthday without hassle, friendly staff and my son is very happy with his gift !
The customer service there is great! We bought our bikes from Southwest bikes. The guys are so nice, and very helpful for a noob like myself. Thanks Rocky & guys....we'll be back!
This shop is close to us and was also recommended by other friends who bike regularly. I was just starting to shop, attempting to figure out what I might want or need. The service we received was awesome, he showed so much patience and knowledge, working thru my fears and establishing my comfort zone. He had me ride several styles of bikes to ensure I was comfortable and on the right size, etc. We ended up ordering my bike from them and my fiancé returned today as he's hooked on a bike they had him try on a whim. :) Highly r... read more
