I came for my foot evaluation for custom orthotics in March 2024. The communicated time to receive my orthotics was expressed as two months. I was told that it would cost $500 for the orthotics. This worked out fine bc at the time I met my deductible already. Here I am, in 2025 — 10 months later, finally receiving my orthotics. Now having to pay out of pocket a full $500 bc of the deductible reset. Whats more, I went months with worn down orthotics and suffered returning knee pain. They blame their supplier for the long wait... read more
