Dr Chen and his staff is amazing n caring me n my kids go there.
Dr. Cho is great. Only reason they do not give 5 stars is because their injection hours suck. They need to extend their hours another day till 5:30.
Dr Cho is fantastic and the only reason I keep coming back here. The office staff however is horrible. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve messed up appointments, booking at different times and dates than what we discussed. They always tell me I owe money even if I’ve paid the balance in full the week before ( I can’t tell you how many times the front desk lady laughs and says ohhhh I forgot ) The lady that does allergy shots is pretty nice but often doesn’t document things correctly causing future issues.
Everybody is awesome. The Dr and staff alike. It's been the same staff for years. They don't have a high turnover rate which tells you something about the business. A+
