Dr. Perron is a great Vet! I worked there years ago and I miss working there. they take good care of the animals and their owners. I don't know if Dr Perron still has them but he used to have his African grey parrots in the back that would call the dogs LOL I loved to hear them.

Very friendly staff but very forgetful also. Had our dog Cooper in for rabies shots etc. When I went to pick him up 2 days later at the time arranged he still hadn't had his shots. Very disappointing. When I asked for a refund they only refunded the medical fees and not the 2 days boarding which is completely unacceptable. For a customer to be inconvenienced like this the least you would expect is some form of compensation ie 2 days boarding fees waived. Very unprofessional. Our pets have been patients of this veterinarian for over 20 years! We had to use their boarding facilities as "doggie day care" when we moved into a new house that didn't have the yard fenced in yet and then kept that up even after the fence went up because Rufus enjoyed being there so much and so wasn't so rambunctious when we got home from work. I use to take my animals here when I was little. They are an amazing group of Drs and vet techs. I to this day recommend SW Animal Hospital! Drs Williams, Perron, Sarnelli were the best. Dr. Sarnelli is the Dr who inspired me to pursue a career with animals and I am currently in school to become a licensed vet tech. Ken was always so kind to us with our pets. My families animals were always well cared for and they were with us to the end for everyone of them. And they were always amazing. Amanda
