ALWAYS DELAYED. and not having seating assignments is terrible when you are flying with someone or family. While being on a trip you should be able to sit next to your people.
Broken AC ON flight 765..were they trying to get us acclimated to AZ weather before we even took off from KOAK and throughout the flight??
