I love getting 2 bags checked free every time with southwest
so i had a $200.00 voucher which if you dont save your confirmation number your out of luck. So i tried to sign back up for rapid rewards to assure in the future to access my old confirmation number but rr has my old email and i cant get my id name i signed up with or my password changed also just got off the phone waiting 28 minutes to talk to an associate to ask her to cancel out my old reward to start new and she told me to get on line. ugh!.
We were on flight 2108 from Salt lake City was a hard landing. Our bags didn't make the transfer for our connecting flight. So when we landed at Orlando our baggage did not show at luggage pick up point. So I thought that they were lost but thanks to Southwest airlines someone notice that our luggage didn't make the connection plane so they put it on a direct flight to Orlando and arrived before we landed. But I did have trouble finding the luggage so I went to Southwest luggage office I found our luggage.
I have always likes flying Southwest, they are pretty much hassle free. The flight crews are by pleasant. I haven't flown with any other airline for years. Southwest is definetly my choice of airlines😁😁
Curbside check in for late arrival luggages and boarding pass was awesome! I made it to destination without any hitch. Thank you so much!
