Mandy McMillan saved my life. I had blood clots and other serious health issues. She is second to no one. Her staff is lovely and care about you. I love Southwell Medical. God bless you guys for everything.
Went here to establish primary care and asked a few questions about medications. I called the next day and left a voicemail at 930 am, which the voicemail stated I’d get a call back that day. No call. I called Tuesday, spoke with Ana and she was extremely nasty. I was asking why the pharmacy said something was FDA approved but she claims it is not, she was so unprofessional and absolutely rude. I will be finding a new provider.
VERY unprofessional! Called day before to be sure what time lab tech would be in to draw my labs (8:00am). Drove 30 min, took off work, only to be told upon arrival they were not there. Was casually told to just "check back" after lunch. I was fasting, unable to return later and missed work for this, as well as much needed labwork. Very poorly managed facility. Never again!
