These apartments are utterly ridiculous no purpose in having a maintenance department considering they do not fix the problems having no way to wash your hands or flush your toilet is considered a non emergency. But believe they will find 101 things to complain about on your behalf. Not to mention the problem with rodents in which they send pest control that does not work these apartments suck.
Luv living in this apatment complex, they are cheap and have 24hrs maintence service. I have a school, mkt,shopping center, and the bus really close to me and my kids.
I had to move closer to my job in March from Deer Park and everything in the area by my job was what I would say...mega ghetto!!! I mean gunshots, thieving and all that. Luckily Southway Manor had a special which drew me to them. This complex has had a major overhaul and the Property Managment team is doing their best to keep riff raff out. I am enjoying living here, everything is close if you don t have a car. If you are needing a place in the area,Southway Manor comes highly recommended.
