Worst management ever. They treat residents like they’re an inconvenience. They blatantly lie when talking about your lease. Don’t move here. Not worth it.

Southview Apartments, I lived there for 5 years and paid over $60,000 in rent, let's discuss your list of dilapidations Light bulb out: $154.00 (couldn't reach it. I guess I should have called the maintenance guy) Hole in wall damage:$80 (How much does hole filler cost?) We filled in holes "Full paint needed depreciated for 3 years from $400".Hahaha! I’ve never rented from an apartment before and the transition from a house to an apartment was smooth thanks to the help of the clerical office members guiding me through everything I needed!! The online payment portal is simple and easy & anyone I need something or have a question, I know I can email or call and have my issue(s) settles in a timely/professional manner! Thank you Southview Village for being great helpers and doers!
South view is a excellent place to live. The office staff is so helpful in every way! Our move in was super simple, Ciara made sure that everything was taken care of for us in such a fast move in! The mantaince people are quick to any order you put in! 10/10 place to live you get the feel of home
The entire process was super easy! A big thanks to everyone! First month here and I’ve seen first hand how Jessica and Waylon do everything to make sure this property is running like a five star. Very hard working team! Neighborhood is very quiet!
