I have lived here 2 times in my life. One time in the early 2000’s and another from 2019-2024. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. We filled out our application and were accepted within hours. We got to move in 2 weeks later. I have a son with autism and management was very supportive about the changes i had to make to the apartment to accommodate him. The park was practically the back yard and the grocery store in front so it is in a super convenient place. It isnt in a busy area. The beach is down the road. The... read more
It bad but not bad I'd say it's good for a family for 3 but the people here tend to fight but other than that it's alright.
