Nice Apartment clean and Warm and Perfect Services
I have lived here 2 times in my life. One time in the early 2000’s and another from 2019-2024. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. We filled out our application and were accepted within hours. We got to move in 2 weeks later. I have a son with autism and management was very supportive about the changes i had to make to the apartment to accommodate him. It bad but not bad I'd say it's good for a family for 3 but the people here tend to fight but other than that it's alright.

Had to pay $25 for the application and my girlfriend also had to pay $25 for the application, so $50 total. We were denied for the 3bd/2ba (1195/mo) apt because we made "too much money", so they changed our application to a 2bd/1.5ba ($1145/mo). We apparently didn't make enough money for the 2 bed because they needed a double deposit or guarantor. After reading online reviews we decided to look for other places.
