It bad but not bad I'd say it's good for a family for 3 but the people here tend to fight but other than that it's alright.
Shooting just occurred here. Do not rent!!!
Had to pay $25 for the application and my girlfriend also had to pay $25 for the application, so $50 total. We were denied for the 3bd/2ba (1195/mo) apt because we made "too much money", so they changed our application to a 2bd/1.5ba ($1145/mo). We apparently didn't make enough money for the 2 bed because they needed a double deposit or guarantor. After reading online reviews we decided to look for other places.
This place is awful. I cannot believe they'd make a single father of five young boys move out because they wanted more money. They're making this family homeless so they can increase the rent by $400. Absolutely disgusting. And this is even the first family they've forced out to get that higher rent, either. Absolutely shameful. How do you sleep at night knowing what you're doing to these families? *In response to the property message. There have never been lease violations.
