Professional, friendly, high quality service, and efficient Nothing but positive notes in regards to my first time at Dentistry of the Carolinas - Myers Park. Jennifer, the hygienist, took excellent care of me, and went above and beyond by using numbing gel for my sensitive gums. Everyone was very friendly, even the receptionist. Definitely recommend Dr. Hammock and his team!

DoC Does It Again!!! Beginning the daunting task of correcting all of the damage from my 106º fever-induced tooth-decay has not been an easy one. I have stressed over it and laid awake at night– tormented by the impending thousands upon thousands of dollars of work that I would need to have performed, and what would certainly be an exhausting and unenjoyable experience. Second round of treatment Yesterday I had my second round of treatment, including four fillings and an extraction, only a week after having three extractions and one filling. As before, Dr. Hammock and Kim made it as painless as such a thing can be. Anne, at reception, was also very helpful in scheduling all this before the end of the year to use up my flex dollars, which was a blessing! Will be returning in just over a week for a third round!

Yesterday I had my second round of treatment, including four fillings and an extraction, only a week after having three extractions and one filling. As before, Dr. Hammock and Kim made it as painless as such a thing can be. Anne, at reception, was also very helpful in scheduling all this before the end of the year to use up my flex dollars, which was a blessing! Will be returning in just over a week for a third round!
