This complex Is the worst ever. I moved in and in less then a month I was being eaten alive by bed bugs. I knew that I had not brought them there because my bed was new and most of my things had been in storage. I also found out my next door neighbor's apartment was being treated for bed bugs. Once the bed bug situation was handled, I found roaches. In the fall/ winter, I found a mouse in my apartment. Needless to say, as soon as my lease ended, I moved. The apartment itself has been mostly great for the 3.5 years I was here. I felt like I had enough space for a single person and had all the amenities I wanted. Third floor is way to go with no one above you (nice with the balconies) and enough trees to provide some privacy. My problem has been with the people in the surrounding area. There are A LOT of sketchy people and I have actually witnessed many crimes.
