Southtowns Fireplace converted my wood-burning fireplace into a gas insert. The paperwork specifically stated that we should not be in the room during installation. When he was done, we checked the work, I noticed that gas insert was too large so he had to take it out and put in a smaller one. He installed the gas insert and didn’t check for a gas leak.
