I was trying to transfer a car title. The hours of operation state they are open until 3 pm on Saturdays. I was there at 12:45 when someone, I unfortunately didn’t get her name since she spoke only to my father, stated they were closing up. She proceeded to get in her car and drive off without another word, leaving us there in the parking lot at a loss of what to do. Very poor business etiquette. Would not recommend.
Bought our daughter's first vehicle here. Could not have asked for nicer people to work with. They made her feel special! Thanks alot Chris and Rob!

We feel safe traveling around the United States when Southtown motors check our vehicle and do maintenance ..affordable and very good staff ..highly recommended.
Avoid at all costs. They lied about the model number. They also screwed up the registration four times. Still dealing with problems almost a year later. 0 stars.
