The Technician did a wonderful job at my home on our plumbing issues.
I had a consultant out to my home and explained the project I was looking to get a bid for. He looked at my cape cod home in Kettering Ohio and made suggestions and said he would write up a proposal and I didn't hear back from him. I called the office and attempted twice more to get the bid from him and was unsuccessful. It's unfortunate that after spending thousands of dollars with this company I couldn't even get a proposal from them for my home.
