RecommendedI have not exercised in years. I started in July and I’m feeling so much better. I work at my own pace and I have not had a negative experience there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love this place.

Great gym, great staff! Excellent personal trainers.
Went in on a Saturday and they didn’t tell me they closed at 4 when I went in. All the showers said out of order but I suspect they probably didn’t want anyone to use them. Disappointed 😔
I love this gym! It has the best equipment, great trainers, and their total body approach to fitness and wellness is awesome!

Great gym, but membership says unlimited basketball for members. I have tried to use court several times & not been able to because gym is being used for some kind of practice. Nothing is ever posted on Facebook page or ever a sign on any doors.
Great staff and environment! Plus anything you could want in a gym.
