I am not only an employee, but was a patient as well. I was seen September 21. I cannot say enough great things about the dedicated staff. From the front desk to the clinic everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend SouthStar to anyone that needs care and is unable to get into their regular provider.

The Doctor does not know who to read the EKG result and I had to go to the ER to do the EKG and other tests. I think doctors in urgent cares should at least know how to read the EKG and if they just see something concerning, transfer patients to the ER. If not, what is the point of going to the urgent care and having the EKG machine there!!! I wasted my money for nothing honestly. I could easily go to the ER from the beginning instead of paying money and going to the urgent care!!
