I had a very embarrassing reason for needing to visit urgent care today, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was incredibly understanding, kind, and sweet, and I never felt judged or awkward. They took the time to listen, answered my questions, and treated me with compassion and respect.
