Staff is rude, they lie about how much it is to be seen - paperwork they have you sign (so a legal contract) Says $150 MAX then they charge me $175. The nurse that took my husband to be seen could not enunciate right the first time, then got pissy and yelled his first name in an empty waiting room. When he greeted her and enters, she rolls her eyes and says “first door on left.” Rude staff, deceptive paperwork. Don’t come here.

I took my 3 year old grandson to the location on Johnston by Reds and let me tell you how incredible everyone there treated him! I was nervous at first because, well, he's 3. They were incredibly kind, patient and compassionate with him! They offered him peanut butter and jelly crackers and juice and even put Paw Patrol on the TV in the children's room! They were fast, very thorough and patient! I highly recommend SouthStar Urgent Care! If we need help again in the future I'll be returning!

I had a severe allergic reaction to a medicine and couldn’t make it to an emergency room in time. I live by SouthStar Urgent Care so I went there. Their medical staff did what was necessary to stabilize me and contacted the ambulance to get me to the ER. I can’t thank them enough for their lifesaving assistance. FIVE STARS!
