I have never been more disappointed and upset at a business as I am today. I highly recommend that no one give their business to Southside Vets in Shelbyville. After having to take Clover to the emergency room Monday night, after calling all day yesterday and promised to have someone return my call, after telling them my dog is dying, they still did not have the common courtesy to call me back. This is not the first bad experience I have had their but everyone deserves a second chance, never again!
The people at Southside Vets are amazing, they really care for not only your pet but also your concerns for them. They were especially understanding when I had to have my dog put down after 14 wonderful and enjoyable years with him. I still miss him very much. Thank you Kristen and Sally and staff for all your work you make us feel like family
Very sweet staff. They are very informative and helpful!
This place saved my baby Sweetie's life back in September 2014. She had surgery and then 4 weeks later had a pulmonary embolism. They gave us medicine to give her and said the next 3 days would be critical. Sweetie made it and is still with us. she is over 13 years old now and still enjoying her coffee in the morning with Pamela.
Best vets ever!! Kristen Wilhelm & her staff are the best! I wouldn't take my critters to anybody else but them!!
