Great service! Anytime our trucks and trailers need parts, they are our first call.
My car broke down outside of their parts shop in Erie, and the people there were so nice and helpful. It was cold, and my car wouldn't heat and they let me stay inside to keep warm. I appreciated the conversation and help so much. A wonderful atmosphere and helpful employees are truly a wonderful component to a business and I'm lucky to have had their help.
A true all-american small business in every sense of the word. Southside trailer has not been successful by chance, but by the choice of hard working people that come together and serve their community the best way possible. Polite, professional, putting the customer first and always giving back to the community! Congratulations on 40 years and many, many, more!
Skip and Hank and all the other employees at Southside were very instrumental over the years in helping me be successful!! I don't have enough time to tell people what a great place this has been over all the years. It's hard to imagine where I would be now if it hadn't been for all the help from Southside trailer!!
