Beyond irritated with my experience today. I showed up 15 min early for an appointment at noon to a lobby full of patients, which surprised me especially with covid.. I waited for 45 min before asking if I needed to reschedule, she told me it wouldnt be much longer. An hour after my appointment they were finally ready for me to come back. They numbed me and walked away, I waited again. I was there more than 2 hours for 20 minutes worth of work. I will not be returning. RecommendedAs a new patient with Southside Smiles, they were very accommodating in making time and space for an emergency broken tooth problem. Would definitely recommend.
This place is so wonderful. I was able to get in right away and all the ladies were so sweet. The office was very quiet and peaceful, I’m so happy I’ve found a dentist I can feel comfortable with and I look forward to my next visit!
everyone at Southside Smiles are so very nice and comforting. I had a tooth split and they took me in and helped me I am so thankful . They are really nice people. Dr Garner is so nice and she made me feel OK even though I get so nervous and cry..Thank you to all of you for helping me today 😀
