Prior to this year I had been receiving services from Southside; previously they had been somewhat reasonable regarding their customer services and products. The last two years their customer service has been abhorrent. I sent two emails last year the first regarding a liner replacement which I received an email back for three months later. Always get friendly and knowledgable service here. Recently replaced my 17 year old hot tub with a new hot tub and it was a great experience. They took the old tub away and placed the new tub. I also go here for all of my pool parts and chemicals. Happy customer! Thank you!
