we have used canoe Creek for over 4 yrs and now since he no longer there we have been going to Southside Vet. I've read all good comments here but the two times we have been in to get our cats Revolution the front desk staff both times have been brusk and almost to the point of rude never a hello how are you may I help you. my husband asked her a question and she said I don't know... she never offered to ask the Dr or find out. I will say we have never seen the Dr. so I can't comment on that.

Absolutely the best! The staff are always so caring and wonderful with Oliver 🐩 He is NEVER timid to come see the Doctors.
We take our baby here and he loves them! Friendly staff and pretty reasonable pricing, plus they also calm my nerves by answering all my questions, efficiently and politely! Thank you!

The staff here are super friendly. The doctors are very compassionate. I truly felt like a part of the family. (my dogs are ok with them too. lol)
They have the very best working there. Love them. Great service and also great for animals of all ages. have been using them for 18 years.
