I just wanted to give a big shout out to Chris Eiland for being my favorite vet ever! Everytime I go in, he makes me feel like he loves my babies the most, and it makes me love him even more ! Thank you for taking good care of my babies, like they were your own. I appreciate you and your staff for everything y’all do!
I called dr Symms, when my vet was unavailable, one weekend when my dogs blood sugars were high and uncontrolled. I told him we weren’t his clients and he gave me advice anyway, wanted to hear back from me and did it with such kindness. I didn’t realize then that my dog had not been getting the appropriate care prior to this phone call. The following Monday, I took him to Southside Pet Clinic and in 2 days Dr Symms had his blood sugars regulated. We are his clients now and I truly appreciate his kindness and compassion.
This Saturday we experienced an emergency situation with our cat. We called when they opened and they encouraged us to bring her right in. The veterinarian and staff were very attentive and very thorough. We left feeling confident that we know not only what is wrong, but also how to best help her be able to heal. The bill was extremely reasonable. Thank you for taking care of our Meow-Meow.
Thor probably doesn't love it right now. But. In an out an they understand your needs an what is best option for what you can afford. Place of business is very clean also.
We want to thank Dr Eiland & the pet clinic for all the care & love you gave to Bear. This past Saturday night around 9 pm our boy had a horrible accident. I called Dr Eiland hysterical he meet my husband immediately at the clinic & performed emergency surgery on our baby. Bear is doing great thanks to Dr Eiland. Bear, Shelby & Eike love Dr Chris & staff at Southside Pet Clinic.
