I took my lab here today to be tested for heartworms. I didnt have to have an appointment and the ladies up front were very nice! However, when my dog went back to be tested a short fat man burst through the door and said "you know its Alabama law that your dog be vaccinated against rabies" I said yes sir he has been at tractor supply. He then proceeds to say they dont do that at tractor supply and your dog needs to be vaccinated. On Friday April 3rd i called the vets emergency line about 11:30 multiple times and when we finally got a hold of the doctor on call he proceeds to tell us “we aren’t doing emergencies today” and then says “I’m too far away anyways.” If he is the doctor on call FOR EMERGENCIES why tell us he isn’t doing any emergencies right now. I don’t understand what’s the point of having a doctor on call if he doesn’t want to do any emergencies. We ended up having to rush my dog to Trussville and she is having to spend the weekend there.... read more
Best Staff around...Super nice and great with all my fur babies
I took my 7 lb baby in to be "fixed". I was almost in tears to leave him. The entire staff is so nice & friendly! And little Louie is doing great. Thank you for the customer service I received! Morgan was at the front desk. She is so kind!!!
Wanted to thank everyone at Southside Pet Clinic for taking such good care of our baby Brodie today. The doctor was amazing and the staff were all so sweet and kind. I would recommend all your pet cares be given to this awesome place. We are so glad we change from our other place to Southside Pet Clinic , a good choice for us and Brodie !!!
