purchased Redmax Backpack blower. Blower carb malfunctioned 3 months later. Tool warranty was honored in full and repair completed. Great service.
Disappointed I've used them in 24, 25 summers and even though I had electric equipment they at least helped me learn to thread my weedeater and I bought thread I didnt need from them and paid them to sharpen 3 mowers this summer I went in cuz of a kinked weedeater and they were just not wanting to touch it speculate anything they at least looked to make sure my thread was wound the right direction but Disappointed
Absolutely bull crap we buy a Belt wrote down the wrong model number came back 15 minutes later, maybe 20 and said Hey, we wrote down the wrong model number. The belt was completely the wrong size. Could we get the money back or exchange it and they wouldn’t let us $73 belt Now we’re just stuck with about will never use
Great lawn service! They were reliable, professional, and did an excellent job keeping my yard looking clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend their work
