I've been bullied for many years. I started training here and they got my hands right. One left hook on the chin, put the bully down for the count. That eighth grader will never pick on me again. Fighting in the street isn't condoned, but defending yourself is. You won't regret it.

Stopped in just to see about signing my 5 year old grandson up and after meeting the staff and talking to a few members and seeing how they were working with the other kids it was easy to make the choice of signing him up.He absolutely loves it so if you want something affordable rewarding and beneficial This is a great way to get it all in one shot hands down a great experience
