A group of us went for St Patricks Day and to celebrate a birthday. We made reservations several weeks ago for 8 people, the booth they gave us was clearly for 6 people, we didn't fit. Our waitress was too busy, we couldnt get drinks unless we went up to the bar to get them. Our waitress gave us some wrong food and at the end of the night, she had given my bill to someone else, it was $28 higher and the best she could or would do is comp $7.98! They clearly didn't have enough help!
Fish and chips had grease dripping off it. Waitress had to be hunted down and the salad was an inch thick in dressing. I've been here multiple times and never had an issue until yesterday.
Had a great one last trip to Johnny's!!!! The band killed it and drinks great.
I paid a cover charge to walk in and not find a seat so I turned around and left. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
We love Thursday nights at Southside Johnny's! Live music, excellent Captain Crunch Chicken & sweet potato fries, and the servers(especially Courtney) are always sweet and very attentive. I hate that it's having to close it's doors due to a rent hike. It's hard to find places like Southside Johnny's where there's such a diverse crowd and you feel comfortable no matter what. We will continue to enjoy it for another couple of weeks!
Their green pork chili is the best! The chamber event was a packed house, great networking as always.
Rumor has it that this place may be closing very soon. (Building owner raising rent by a ridiculous amount) I am so depressed over this possible news as they have the nicest staff and the best wings in town (perhaps the state). Met my girlfriend here 7 years ago and we have been coming here quite frequently ever since. Johnny is and always has been a tremendous owner that has always been friendly. Sweet tater fries with caramel Marshmellow cream! Tru dat!!
Amazing food never disappointed we go frequently and the drinks are on point every time also
