i needed to get a replacement battery for a secondhand watch that i just purchased. took it here on my lunch break and was in and out in 5 minutes! super fast service and the owner was very nice - and now i can actually wear the watch

Southside Jewelers – Hidden Gem with an Honest Owner I can’t say enough good things about Southside Jewelers. I stopped in to get my chain fixed, and Rich—the owner—had it done in literally 30 seconds. Not only was he fast, but he only charged me for the replacement part. No extra fees, no nonsense. Just a stand-up guy doing honest work. What really caught me off guard though was the rest of the store. Rich is lovely to work with. I brought my engagement ring in to have the gem replaced and he had it done for me in a week. His prices are very reasonable and always gives us great jewelry in the end. My grandma has been going to him for a long time and loves his work too.
