I stopped in to get my chain fixed, and Rich—the owner—had it done in literally 30 seconds. Not only was he fast, but he only charged me for the replacement part. No extra fees, no nonsense. Rich is lovely to work with. I brought my engagement ring in to have the gem replaced and he had it done for me in a week. His prices are very reasonable and always gives us great jewelry in the end. My grandma has been going to him for a long time and loves his work too.
I have dealt with this guy for more than a decade. He's a good fella, honest, does quality work, and willing to bargain with the customer. There are fewer and fewer independently owned small businesses left in the Burgh. I am glad that Southside Jewelers & More is one of them.
