The staff is always very helpful when I call. If I am ever put on hold it is only for a brief time. They are extremely accommodating and there is always someone vet tech or dr. available to answer my questions. All of our animals have been treated at Southside and have always received excellent care.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I would trust their advice over any other veterinarian. I'm confident that my pet's health and safety is their top priority. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I'll definitely be going back.
