How would you compare this veterinarian to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this veterinarian use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous Was this veterinarian's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Was this veterinarian friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it easy to find parking at this veterinarian's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
