Sorry but "we can't to do anything about the mistake we made" is what I was told on the phone. I took off work to make my 3pm appointment and I arrive to find out that Southside Eyecare canceled my appointment and didn't call me to notify me. I get paid hourly so this is extremely frustrating. Brianne, the receptionist, told me "I" canceled the appointment a few times.
