I LOVE this place and they have ALWAYS taken GREAT care of my babies!!! I love how they call my baby by his name and they always love on him to try to make him comfortable. You can tell the staff truly do LOVE animals! I've had a lot of animals and been to several vets over the years and this place is by far the best!!! The wait is long sometimes but it is a WALK-IN clinic so not any different then going to a walk-in med clinic for humans. The prices are very affordable and most importantly the care is AMAZING!!!
Waited over a hour for a ear recheck and was never seen. Lame excuse was they were down a vet. 5 people came in after we did, and we're taken back before us. Guess people who have to pay get seen quicker than those who don't.
We took our lil pom here for a wound to his foot they shaved his paw gave him antibiotics said if he doesn't get better bring him back we did today they told us to take him to the er they don't treat sick animals on Saturday's definitely will not go back it was there fault for not cleaning the wound
Affordable, caring and no bull. All my dogs have been going here for years. Wait is long sometimes but worth it. Thank you S.S. Dog Cat and Bird clinic!!!!
They have helped my animals great. Just had one problem my pit bull puppy was sick and I took her in to check out. They gave her 7 in 1 she passed away the next morning in my living room at 3:40am. This is the only thing bad they did to my puppy she passed away 2 weeks before Easter of this year. Thanks God bless everyone
